Nordika strengthens its investment team
Nordika has further strengthened its investment organization through the appointments of Fredrik Kumlin as Senior Investment Professional and Axel Karlsson as Investment Analyst.
Fredrik Kumlin brings approximately 20 years of experience in real estate investments. Prior to joining Nordika, he held senior positions at Meyer Bergman and most recently served as Chief Investment Officer at Ursus. His extensive experience across transactions, portfolio management, and strategic investments will further reinforce Nordika’s investment platform and growth ambitions.
Axel Karlsson joins Nordika as Investment Analyst. He has gained experience through several finance and investment-related roles, including internships at Aurelius Group, GP Bullhound, and Handelsbanken, providing a strong foundation in financial analysis and transaction support.
These appointments further enhance Nordika’s ability to execute its investment strategies while strengthening the firm’s deal sourcing capabilities, operational capabilities and analytical expertise.
