Nordika appoints new Investment Director
Nordika continues to strengthen its investment organization with the appointment of Kristina Alderin as Investment Director. She brings extensive international experience in real estate investments, transactions and asset management across several European markets.
Kristina joins Nordika from Brunswick Real Estate, where she most recently served as Partner. During her time at Brunswick, she worked with real estate investments and transactions as part of the firm’s investment team.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Kristina held investment roles at Round Hill Capital and Mileway in Amsterdam and at Tristan Capital Partners in London. She began her career in transaction advisory and real estate corporate finance at KPMG and PwC.
In her new role, Kristina will work closely with Nordika’s investment and asset management teams, focusing on identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities across the Nordic region.
The appointment further strengthens Nordika’s ability to source and execute investments while actively developing its portfolio in close collaboration with partners and investors
