Nordika expands in Kungsholmen – three new tenants move in on Franzéngatan
Nordika continues to develop its properties in Stockholm and has now signed lease agreements for a total of 1,138 square meters in the property at Franzéngatan 3–5 in Kungsholmen.
The new tenants are Förlagssystem, which provides logistics solutions for the book industry, Bigacom in customer service, and Eztablisher a B2B customer service provider, as well as an expansion and extension for existing tenant Fysiokliniken. Move-in will take place during Q4 and continue into Q1 2026.
The property offers flexible offices in a prime location, with the subway just 100 meters away and a wide range of gyms, restaurants, and services in the neighborhood – a work environment that attracts both companies and employees.
