Nordika continues to grow in Finland with a key recruitment
Nordika continues its growth journey and is strengthening its organization in Finland by recruiting Jannika Gylling as Director, Asset Management, at the Helsinki office. In her role, Jannika will together with the Finnish team be responsible for the development and management of Nordika’s portfolio in Finland.
The recruitment marks an important step for Nordika in ensuring continued high-quality and successful asset management. By expanding the team, the company creates additional capacity to manage the growing portfolio and to continue developing the properties in line with the company’s long-term strategy.
Jannika Gylling joins Nordika from Schroders Capital, where she served as Asset Manager and Sustainability Lead in the Nordic real estate team. She brings extensive experience in strategic asset management, sustainability, and value-creating development of commercial real estate.
