Nordika acquires office property in Stockholm

Nordika has signed an agreement to acquire the office property Fristaden 6 in Western Kungsholmen from the labor union Unionen's wholly-owned real estate company, Klara Norra Fastigheter.

The property, located in Western Kungsholmen, Stockholm, comprises approximately 7,500 square meters of leasable area, of which approximately 4,000 square meters is vacant. The floor plates are flexible, allowing for customization to accommodate a variety of office space requirements, from smaller to larger offices.

The property is easily accessible as its located within 200 meters from Stadshagen subway station and is easily accessible with car through nearby E20/E4. The surrounding area has in recent years been transformed to a modern mixed city with services and amenities.

Nordika will invest significantly to develop the property. The property currently has a Miljöbyggnad iDrift Silver certification from the Sweden Green Building Council. Nordika intends to further solidity the ESG profile of the property.
