For a greener and brighter future

Nordika aims to be part of the change and take responsibility for the planet and its future generations

Responsibility

Nordika aims to create inviting, secure, and inclusive spaces with best-in-class service offerings and amenities. The process of enhancing the assets is anchored in sustainability principles. Through mindful development and forward-thinking initiatives, Nordika are committed to building environments that resonate with today's needs and tomorrow's aspirations.

Prior to investment decisions, Nordika uses an ESG due diligence framework, where an evaluation of the risks and opportunities regarding environmental, social and govenance elements are taken into consideration for every targeted investment.

To evaluate and provide information on the risks and opportunities associated with the transition to a climate-neutral portfolio, Nordika has implemented and aligned its reporting with the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) recommendations.

Climate actions

Nordikas climate approach focuses on the comprehensive improvement of underutilized assets, often involving the revitalization of outdated and inefficient spaces to create modern, high-quality assets that benefit end-users and enhance the local environment for the broader community.

Nordika has opted for a strategic membership in the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) initiative since 2021 to ensure consistent and comparable sustainability efforts over time.

Nordika supports the promotion of long-term energy efficiency, and aims to achieve BREEAM In-Use certification for all its assets.

Our sustainability objectives focus on:

  • Paving the way for climate change adaptation.
  • Creating environments that are both appealing and inclusive with a focus on service and health amenities.

In Nordikas endeavor to align with the global sustainability agenda, Nordika commit to the objektives of the Paris Agreement, and has established short- and long term targets in alignment with:

  • The UN's Sustainable Development Goals
  • The principles of the UN's Global Compact
