In the autumn of 2015, Nordika acquired the 30,000 sqm, almost vacant property in Espoo near Helsinki. The former tenant was Nokia Networks, which used the property as its headquarters. The premises were in good condition but needed an upgrade and improvement to make it really exciting for new tenants. Nordika has created a new concept for the Finnish market with a playground, healthy food offering, conference- and fitness center. Compared to surrounding properties, the property offers something new and modern.

New tenants in the property include Enevo, eCraft, CastorIT, Wise Group, and Soupster.

Robert Högström – Property Manager at Nordika, comments

"It obviously feels good that we follow our business plan, and it's fun to see how well our work is received by the market. Our tenants will move into modern offices, take part in a wide range of services, and will also be given the opportunity to grow in the property. We look forward to filling the remaining vacancies and creating a dynamic house for our tenants."
