The property was acquired in April 2017 as part of an off-market transaction of a portfolio of Helsinki assets. The main tenant City of Espoo utilises the premises for several different health care purposes. Nordika has since the acquisition modernized the property and, in March of 2021, the property received a BREEAM certificate.

Gabriel Cronstedt, Co-Founder of Nordika, comments:

“We are once again satisfied to complete a successful transaction with eQ Community Properties Fund. The property is well positioned for the future and we believe eQ is the perfect fit for this asset. The transaction secures excellent risk-adjusted returns to Nordika and confirms our commitment and track-record in the Finnish market.
