The property was acquired in April 2017 as part of an off-market transaction of a portfolio of Helsinki assets. The main tenant HUS (The Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa) utilises the premises for child and youth psychiatric care. After having worked proactively with the tenant HUS since the acquisition, to secure a new long-term lease agreement. As the market for public-use assets has developed favourably during 2020, Nordika decided to market the asset in a wide process which provided for a strong outcome.

Jonas Grandér, CEO of Nordika, comments:

“It is with great satisfaction that we have concluded the transaction of a high-quality asset in a solid location to a strong local buyer. The transaction once again proves that Nordika is consistently outperforming the market.
