The property in Laajalahdentie 23 is been converted to a mix-use multi-tenant asset. The largest tenants currently are Senaatti (Finnish state) and City of Helsinki. The intention is to invest heavily in the asset in order to generate a modern and environmentally sustainable asset through series of modernization and upgrading initiatives.

Jonas Grandér, CEO Nordika: We very much look forward to once again, and together with Avant this time, implement a similar impact strategy to improve the attraction for the asset which is similar to what Nordika has carried out in other successful lease-up projects in both Finland and Sweden in the past. Upgrades and investments we implement are for the good of people in the building – and to reduce the environmental footprint long term.

Lorenz Merk, Partner, Avant: During the due diligence we have identified number of initiatives by which we will bring the asset sustainability and tech wise to a different level. Avant has since inception executed multiple successful high-intensity asset management projects and we’re looking forward to implementing the same in this asset as well
