Nordika Acquires Office Property in Stockholm from Diligentia AB
Nordika announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Aura 1, located in Kista, northern Stockholm. The 13,500 sqm building consists mainly of office space and is currently 50% vacant.

"This is an attractive opportunity for Nordika and fits well with our strategy of acquiring neglected assets in need of active asset management. Kista is a fast-growing office market, and the leading IT and telecoms cluster in the Nordic region. We will now focus on letting the vacant space and turning Aura into an institutional product. We also intend to develop the 15,000 sqm of building rights included in the transaction".
