Nordika has let 3,500 square meters in Stenvreten to Fruktjuice i Enköping on a long contract with a total rental value of MSEK18,9.

The property consists of circa 14,000 sq.m logistic spaces and after the letting to Fruktjuice, all the larger spaces in the property is let. The property is part of the portfolio of property that Nordika manage together in JV with a larger global investment firm. The property is located alongside E18 in a good logistics location within Stenvreten industrial area.
