Nordika acquired the property from aerospace and defence company Saab AB. The property includes 17,000 sqm centrally located office and assembly space.
Saab has initiated a zoning plan to change the use to residential on the parking lot (apx. 7,000 sqm building rights). Saab has entered into a 2-year triple net lease in connection with the sale and will thereafter move to new premises in Huskvarna.
