Nordika and Avant acquired the mix-use property in Helsinki in November 2021. The asset is a former headquarter that has been converted to a mix-use multi-tenant asset. The property comprises over 6,500 sqm retail space. The property is located in Värmdö kommun, one of Stockholms fastest growing municipalities. Nordika plans to invest and upgrade the building over a 3-year period. The creation of residential building rights will also be explored.
The Sisu retail portfolio was acquired in December 2014.
The portfolio comprises 15,000 sqm of high quality retail space in solid out of town retail locations including the GW Galleria in Vaasa. The assets have a diversified tenant mix of well known retail brands including H&M, Lindex, Fiskars, Isku, Kapp Ahl and Byggmax.
The SAAB office property was acquired in September 2014.
The property comprises over 17,000 sqm of office and light assembly space. The property is located in Jönköping CBD and is fully let to SAAB AB on a 3-year lease. Nordika plans to invest and upgrade/convert the building over a 3-year period.
Visby Galleria was acquired in November 2013.
