Volt Campus Kista

 

Reykjavik 1 was acquired in Sep 2018.

The property comprises of circa 32 000 sq.m. office space distributed among two buildings. Around 50% of the property is let to Ericsson while the reminder of the property which used to be Tele2’s head office is vacant.

Stenhagen Uppsala

Stenhagen was acquired in December 2014.

The property comprises over 2,500 sqm retail space with ÖoB as tenant. The property is located in Stenhagen, Uppsala, a fast growing residential area. Nordika plans to explore the creation of residential building rights on the 10,000 sqm plot.

Partille

Partille was acquired in February 2015.

The property comprises over 17,000 sqm retail space. The property is located in Partille kommun, just outside central Gothenburg. Nordika plans to invest, upgrade and lease out the building over a 3-year period.

Gustavsberg Centrum (SOLD)

Gustavsberg Centrum was acquired in December 2014.

The property comprises over 6,500 sqm retail space. The property is located in Värmdö kommun, one of Stockholms fastest growing municipalities. Nordika plans to invest and upgrade the building over a 3-year period. The creation of residential building rights will also be explored.

Sisu Portfolio

The Sisu retail portfolio was acquired in December 2014.

The portfolio comprises 15,000 sqm of high quality retail space in solid out of town retail locations including the GW Galleria in Vaasa. The assets have a diversified tenant mix of well known retail brands including H&M, Lindex, Fiskars, Isku, Kapp Ahl and Byggmax.

SAAB Jönköping (sold)

The SAAB office property was acquired in September 2014.
The property comprises over 17,000 sqm of office and light assembly space. The property is located in Jönköping CBD and is fully let to SAAB AB on a 3-year lease. Nordika plans to invest and upgrade/convert the building over a 3-year period.

Visby Galleria

Visby Galleria was acquired in November 2013.
The property comprises over 12,000 sqm of retail space. The property is located in Visby’s most central shopping district and was acquired with 20% vacancies. Nordika plans to invest and upgrade the building over a 3-year period.

Aura Kista

Aura Kista was acquired in June 2011.

The property comprises 13,500 sqm of office space and 15,000 sqm construction rights (office/retail). The property was initially built as the Swedish headquarters for Philips and was acquired with 50% vacancies. Nordika plans to invest and upgrade the building over a 3-year period.
